| Day | Destination | Description | | Day 1 | Cancun | Cancun - Arrive in to the Mexican Caribbean gateway Cancun. Depending on your arrival time we will get some authentic Mexican food, hit the beaches and have a briefing to discuss our adventure in more details and to determine your Spanish level. | | Day 2 | Merida | Merida - Start your Mayan experience by admiring the ancient pyramids at Chichén Itzá. Enjoy a wonderful Mexican lunch and make our way to Merida. In the evening, stroll the streets of Colonial Merida with its churches and plazas. | | Day 3 | Merida | Merida - Start the morning with a morning trip to an unique swim at the sinkholes of Cuzama. Have a delicious local Mayan lunch and head back to Merida, to enjoy the 16th century Cathedral and practice your Spanish at the local markets. | | Day 4 | Campeche | Campeche - Continue to discover the Mayan mysteries with Uxmal archaeological site, en route to Campeche. In the afternoon, arrive in charming Campeche for a walking (or bike ride) tour and free time to visit the fortress and colonial buildings. | | Day 5 | Bacalar Lagoon | Bacalar Lagoon - We will head to the 7 colors lagoon of Bacalar. Enjoy the breathtaking site by swimming and canoeing and a refreshing lunch. In the evening, feel the power of the jungle with a walking tour followed by dinner. Tonight, we will bond with nature in a comfortable camp setup. | | Day 6 | Playa del Carmen | Playa del Carmen - Get ready for one the most beautiful beaches in the world! Relax, swim, snorkel or dive at this white sand beach and its turquoise water. Choose to swim, dive, shop, eat, drink, dance, relax or do a combination of everything in this lively yet tranquil town. Enjoy a memorable farewell dinner with a live salsa band and tasty food. | | Day 7 | Cancun | Depart Cancun - Morning transfer to Cancun airport to say "adios" to Mexico. |
